The atmosphere of work is really welcoming. No boss culture as no one is permitted to use the terms sir/madam. All has the freedom to work according to their own choices. No tough deadlines. It's amazing to work in Nutanix because of work life balance and technology and the amount of help you'll get to upgrade your knowledge and skills, regardless of technology. It's a joy to be working at Nutanix. Mainly, people are very approachable and it is easy for a new joiner to be adjusted and integrated into the company.

The working environment is very comfortable as we have very frank and friendly teammates who take care of each team member and support in their fields as well. There's a very good balance in the timing of the work. We learn new concepts and technologies almost everyday. It's a great company to start your corporate journey with because they are very corporative and helping. Working in Sophos feels like we are working with our friends.

It has been a great learning till now in Gemini Solutions under DevOps. Work window is little bit long for a fresher but as time passes we used too be with it. Apart from work, talking about culture then it is friendly environment in Company. There's nothing like to call your senior as Sir/Ma'am even if it is your manager. Team, used to go on team lunch sometime to increase understanding and bond among themselves. Different tech and cultural events also organized at regular interval of time to take break from hustle work life.
