Hello, readers!! This post will provide you a quick overview of the most popular AWS services. It is aimed solely towards newcomers who are interested in learning more about AWS services. So, bearing in mind that you are newbie to AWS, I will do my best to describe the main services in easy way.
Let's start with a brief introduction to AWS ....
What is AWS?
AWS means Amazon Web Services. AWS is a cloud service provider. It provides IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services. These services include - Computing, storage, database, networking, and many more. All this is done via the data-centers and the hardware managed by Amazon.
Amazon EC2
EC2 stands for Elastic Compute Cloud. It's a cloud-based Virtual Machine over which you have complete control of the operating system. You may use this cloud server whenever you need to deploy your own cloud servers that are equivalent to your on-premises servers, as well as when you require ultimate control over the hardware and upgrades.

Amazon Lambda
