The odds of making due from an intense and abrupt dead tissue are a lot higher if the old individuals get crisis clinical help inside a couple of long stretches of event. Elder wellbeing observing and crisis ready framework is referenced as one of the primary application zones of unavoidable figuring and biomedical applications. Besides, the proactive elder wellbeing observing framework includes a dynamic catch of cerebrum and body development signals, signal examination, correspondence, identification, and cautioning measures.

To reduce the physical work of elder people, so that every period they don’t have to go to doctors, or doctors have to come to them, so to avoid this problem and to get a permanent cure to this can be done with help of IOT. Seniors don’t have to sustain the costs of regular doctor visits as doctors are capable of monitoring their patients. Efficient communication between different systems can be done with the help of cloud-based IOT.

We can do elder care via using a health monitoring system with a message passing setup. In this system, HMS monitors the heartbeat. The temperature of the body and other health records to store it and then through message passing system, without wasting a moment the health reports of that person are directly send to the doctor and ambulance.

For monitoring the temperature of a person, we can use a temperature probe or other temperature sensors according to requirements and a pulse heartbeat sensor for measuring beat rate. After the collection of sensor data, it will send an SMS to the doctor about health records if limits of temperature and beat rate cross the threshold. We can set the threshold value for both the parameters in the coding part. Arduino.cc is the software, where we write the code for setting these values.

In case, if values are less than the threshold then the result is saved otherwise the message will be sent to the doctor in form of SMS. GSM SIM900A (Global system for mobile communications) conveys the message to the nearby doctor. Health professionals, after receiving SMS approach the patient as soon as possible.
